This is our take on the classic Hawaiian or Aloha shirt. These shirts were first introduced in the 1930s and gained popularity in the '50s. The original Hawaiian shirts were made of recycled kimono fabric. In order to perfect the fit, we researched a good friend's collection of vintage Hawaiian shirts spanning across decades
We pride ourselves on subtle details such as the engineered pocket, as well as the high stitch count 1/8” double needle accents found throughout the construction of the shirt. All Freenote buttons are custom with subtle branding. All labels are made in Italy of a cotton base whenever possible.
