WOVEN LABELS
Our woven labels are sourced from Italy using 100% cotton whenever possible. The labels are 3-5 times more expensive than the synthetic alternative, as they are made on shuttle loom machinery yielding a quality and hand feel that cannot be duplicated.
LEATHER
We use Red Wing Leather exclusively on all of our patches. The leather is tanned in the US using US hides and is the best in terms of quality and consistency. Each hide is hand selected and tested on our product.

BUTTONS
We use custom and vintage reproduction buttons on our garments. The buttons consist of bone, horn, leather, mother of pearl, aluminum and corrozo. Our goal is to avoid using any synthetics in our hardware.

METAL HARDWARE
We customize much of our metal hardware through YKK Kentucky. From the color of the copper to the antiqued hardware, each piece has been meticulously color matched to vintage or naturally distressed trims, ensuring they never look fabricated.
ZIPPERS
We source our zippers from USA and Japan. The US zippers are made in Georgia and sized up for added durability and strength. The zippers sourced from Japan are vintage reproduction using original styled zip pulls and 100% cotton tape.
PAPER LABELS
Our hangtags and paper trims are made locally on original Heidelberg letterpress machinery. This machinery uses plates to transfer the art onto paper, giving the label unique look and feel.

THREAD
We use the highest grade cotton-based thread on our denim garments. The cotton wrapped thread is dyed and spun in North Carolina. Because it has a cotton exterior, the thread will fade along with your denim.
