Best Piece of Clothing I Own

I'm gong to have this jacket until I die. You really have to see it in person to believe the quality and, even then, you'll still be surprised at how well-made this jacket is. Take your measurements, think of it as an investment, and pull the trigger because you won't be disappointed.

The nubuck leather is weighty but soft and feels secure on the shoulders. The interior lining pops and gives a vintage feel. I had a few, incidental, stains that cleaned up with relative ease - a total relief because nobody wants to baby a leather jacket.

Truly a wonderful piece.

Highest quality piece of clothing I own. Fits perfectly I am 6ft 195lbs and the 44 great. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the jacket. I was worried it would be to “fancy” but it’s easy to dress up or down. Something that will last forever and is pretty timeless in my opinion.

The FJ2 is the finest jacket we have produced to date. It is body lined with a southwestern print from Japan. The zipper is a special ordered reproduction from Universal Zippers Japan. Each jacket is sewn by a single sewer who comes from the leather making region of Leon, Mexico. Once all the parts reach the manufacturer only two people touch this jacket. The leather is Italian steerhide and will break in beautifully. It is a slightly thicker steerhide and each hide was hand selected to ensure consistent grain and thickness.

The jacket employs gussets in the arm openings for added flexibility. Like our RJ-1 we added elastic bands to the interior of this jacket in order to keep gussets in place and provide comfort for this heavy piece. We lined the sleeves with a cotton-satin fabric which gives a very easy entry. This jacket is built to last and designed to wear for long time.
