Sizing

John Lofgren’s 210 Last runs large.  We recommend 0.5 size smaller than your size as measured on a Brannock device.

If you do not know your Brannock size, we recommend 0.5 size smaller than your most common sneaker size, the same size as your Red Wing Iron Ranger size, the same size as your Alden Barrie last size, or 0.5 size bigger than your Viberg 2030 last size.

First Impressions of a Japanese Legend

These are the first pair of Lofgrens and Japanese crafted boots that I have ever owned. I am still babying them but they are clearly robust. The dark olive cxl is gorgeous, robust, comfortable and easy to maintain. Stitching and construction is perfect as you would expect from a high end Japanese boot like Lofgren. I am a 10D on the brannock and went 9.5D on these El Capitans and the sizing perfect so go half a size down. Lots of grip and comfort from the Vibram mini lugs as well.
