About the Jove Double Pocket Gingham

The Jove is a 1950s inspired shirt featuring a slightly shorter, boxy fit. We hand selected a 3 ounce cotton Tencel blend from Japan to create a cool and breezy shirt. Tencel is made using wood pulp, primarily from fast growing Eucalyptus trees. It drapes beautifully, dries quickly, and is cool to the touch. The Jove sits somewhere between rock and roll and rockabilly, and pairs well with higher waisted trousers and tank tops. Cut and sewn in Southern California, available now in Tan, Black, Olive, and Orange.

Great for hot weather

Fabric is very lightweight, great for hot weather. Gingham can really wrinkle, especially along the buttons. But this shirt has a kind of reinforcement that keeps the button line from getting wrinkled up.

Amazing

To me this shirt in person looks even better than in the photos color wise. It looks more brownish tannish than to me. It appeared orange peach color in the picture but like I said, it’s even better in person so many cool details on this shirt love the fit amazing fabric!!!
