Introducing fit number 7, the Modesto. The newest fit in the denim line-up is based on workwear fits from the turn of the century. A high rise and straight leg with no taper, combine to create a timeless silhouette that is wide, comfortable, and functional. This fit has quickly become a favorite at Freenote Headquarters. Design details include button fly construction, a two-piece waistband, and acorn shaped back pockets with bar tack reinforcements.

Best fitting jean of all time?

The Modesto cut is probably the most flattering jean ever designed for guys with small waists and muscular legs. I’ve tried hundreds of pairs and nothing comes remotely close. This particular fabric feels extremely dense and tough despite being relatively lightweight. Unbelievable product

The 14.25 black/grey is a crisp, non-slubby + non-neppy denim. Similar to the 14.5 Kaihara indigo in texture, but thinner and stiffer to the hand. Tight weave makes it immediately soft and comfortable. Very sharp looking.
