Portola Classic Taper 15.75 Ounce Black Denim

This denim project has been in the works for two and a half years. After multiple trips to Japan, we identified Kaihara as the best mill to produce our latest custom denim. The goal was to develop a mid-weight black denim with a very clean appearance. The 5x5 denim contains texture in the twill lines and comes with our signature antique gold selvedge identification. Coming in at 15.75 ounces, the black warp black weft creates a unique denim with understated details.

Produced by the esteemed Kaihara Mills in Japan, this fabric is featured in the Rios, Wilkes, Portola, and Modesto fits. Each fit is equipped with our brass hardware. Freenote Denim is proudly cut and sewn in Los Angeles, California.
