About the PRE ORDER - FREENOTE CLOTH X WHITE'S BOOTS - 9338 LAST OXFORD - SIEDEL TANNERY BROWN ROUGHOUT

This is a pre-order for the Freenote x White's 9338 Swing Last "Oxford." Designed to be the ultimate easy-going, heavy-duty shoe, it features a Vibram Sand Crepe wedge outsole and "thin" leather midsole. This outsole and midsole combo were chosen to give maximum support with minimum weight to create a White's Oxford that's easier to break in. The 9338 "Swing" last was chosen for it's incredibly forgiving and comfortable fit. The toe box is left unstructured to reduce some of the visual bulk and allow the toe box to collapse over time. We chose Siedel's Brown Roughout, a robust leather that requires minimal care that has been a staple in White's offerings for decades. The sample pictured features a lineman patch, but if that's not your thing it can be pre-ordered with or without a lineman patch. This "Oxford" is built to handle anything, but it's just as happy on a stroll to the local farmers market as it is trekking to a camp ground deep in the wilderness.

American workwear has always been one of the biggest inspirations here at Freenote. Naturally, when an opportunity to work with one of the all-time great Made in the USA brands presented itself, we didn't hesitate. White's Boots has been around since 1853 (not a typo, they have been cranking out boots since the mid eighteen-hundreds). Built to the highest standards, White's is a household name with loggers and wildland firefighters in the Pacific Northwest. Their boots are designed with durability and all-day comfort as the top priorities.
