Sizing

Sizes listed in Viberg stamped size.  The Viberg Cantilever last runs slimmer than other Viberg lasts. If you have a low volume foot, plan to wear a thin (dress) sock, and/or prefer a snug fit, we recommend your usual Viberg size. If you plan to wear medium/thick socks, and/or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend 0.5 size bigger than your usual Viberg size.

For those unfamiliar with Viberg sizing:

For narrow/low volume feet or those who prefer a snug fit, we recommend 1 size smaller than your brannock size, 1 size smaller than your most common sneaker size, 0.5 smaller than your Red Wing Iron Ranger size, or 0.5 smaller than your Alden Barrie last size.

For wide feet or those who prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend 0.5 size smaller than your brannock size, 0.5 size smaller than your most common sneaker size, the same size as your Red Wing Iron Ranger size, or the same size as your Alden Barrie last size.

About the VIBERG NAVVY CUT SHOE - NERO KANGAROO

The Viberg Navvy Cut shoe is a classic military dress blucher. Built on Viberg's Cantilever last to create a sharp profile that is uniquely comfortable. The shape is dressy, much like traditional almond shaped lasts, but the anatomical shape curves inward towards the medial side of the shoe allowing the big toe the room it needs to spread out.

Viberg sourced a "Nero" Kangaroo leather from Italy's Bonaudo tannery. This full-grain leather has a tight structure and natural scars from a life well lived in the wild. Almost like a cross between deer and kudu leather. The leather appears smooth and uniform from a distance, but upon closer inspection the unique grain an character is evident.
